Appalling prices and customer service that will make you feel like you have to go through with it once you step into the store. Would never recommend.

I wanted to get a US visa photo because of the size requirements and I went there because a friend recommended them to me. The clerk turned on the light for the photo before I even got the chance to ask the price and prepared the stool and everything so I felt like I had to do it even though I didn't even know the price. Then he rushed me through the whole process and said that it's an extra 4.5 pounds for having ONLY ONE of the photos sent to my email. The overall cost for 4 printed visa photos and one digital copy over email was 25 pounds!!!!

I got scammed and honestly, don't ever go there unless it's an emergency, like you need a picture right now in this moment and have no other place to go or a friend around to take it.

Only use as a last resort since in Birmingham since Jessops closed. Prices are ridiculously high for prints that aren't even ink, but using a ribbon.

Any saturated photos you can forget as they just print as blotches of colour.

I take my 35mm film down to Palm Labs in Digbeth as they prices are much better with an extremely faster turnaround time.

Almost £20 for passport photos in Goodge Street. Total scam.

Both of my passport pictures got rejected by the passport office twice after visiting the DALSTON AND ANGEL branches due to bad quality of the pictures. Their customer service was poor and rushed definitely avoid spending your money with them and take your own photos yourself and save money!!!

Disgusting company one branch quotes a whopping £9.99 for a single page of A1 print while the Old Brompton road crooks quotes £60. (Yes six zero) What a f up brand, what a f up company.

Once again, I went into the Snappy Snaps in Swindon Town Centre and was served by a very rude and sarcastic person [Sunday 15 May 2022 at 10.10am]. This is the third time it has happened, different days and different times. I think it is time to take my money and my custom elsewhere and I shall be sure to tell my friends and family. It is unacceptable.

Waste of money!
I paid £4 more than an nearby neighbouring store and the photo was dull and grainy- really disappointing.
Never again!
Not the standard I expected as I am a professional photographer and print as part of my work.

Used S-Snaps at Cambridge to get photos for my new Irish passport. Manager knew all about the Irish requirements, indeed he was clearer than the info provided by the Irish authorities.

Great experience getting my professional photos for work taken today. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Even let me bring in my little pooch! We got some great shots, and I am really pleased with the end result. Special thanks to Vicky.

Snappy snaps, Bristol-Union Street branch. I had awesome experience from entering to the exit, was assisted regularly. I even saw these young staff helping out very old people so gently that they don't leave the store disappointed. I got my films processed quickly - MEGA QUICK and got my passport photos taken nicely and quickly. As an observant, I also noticed how the staff was handling all sorts of customers- can tell you , some of them were hell rude and in my opinion should not be entertained, but these young people were adhering to the policy CUSTOMER IS KING. nice tidy clean space to get your stuff done.

I have just had my passport photo taken at Snappy Snaps in Leigh on Sea. The staff are so helpful. It is the best way to get your passport photos. They come with a code which you use for online passport applications. When i got home and started to fill my online form my photo came up with the code. So much easier that a photo booth. Can recommend this service.

Snappysnaps in Wimbledon have fantastic staff working there, but one member of staff called Emma is brilliant she goes that extra mile for customers , great customer service skills and Emma has great empathy with customers too.
I saw my art work that I produced many years ago printed for the first time on to 2 mugs, the finnish was great and to see my work displayed like this made me cry and Emma showed me great kindness and understanding. Thank you Emma you represent your company the way it should be, after all you are handling and printing out people's precious memories.
